Easter 2008

This year was spent away from my family, they live in warm, sunny Arizona and I am in Philadelphia. This year was a new memory spent with my boyfriends family. It was a nice time with brunch, I made muffins! For those who know me I am NOT a baker. I can't bake to save my life and don't much enjoy it either. That might be because I am not good at it but anyway, I think they came out pretty well.
Before the day began I woke up to an egg outside my door. There was a note inside leading me to more eggs! All were filled with a note, a coupon (for a message or dinner in the city) and my favorite, chocolate/coconut nests! I also had an Easter basket waiting in the kitchen with some other yummy goodies! All super sweet and a huge surprise. It was a nice start to the day!
