Almost here in the city of brotherly love but not just yet. Spring is one of my favorite seasons for many reasons but one of them is flowers. I absolutely LOVE flowers!
Every spring the city hosts "The Philadelphia Flower Show" at the Philadelphia Convention Center. This years theme was New Orleans and it was simply amazing with the live music and Mardi Gras themes.
2008 was full of dancers, a live band, waterfalls, instrument fountains and swamps! It was a very nice tribute to a wonderful city that is New Orleans.
So if by chance you happen to find yourself in the city in early March and the flower show is going on, you should take some time out and go see it. It is amazing what they can do to change a convention center into a wonderland of beautiful gardens! http://www.theflowershow.com/
